Accessibility Parking: Handicapped accessible parking is available throughout our parking areas.

Bike Racks: Enjoy a bike ride to Outlets Nags Head and use our convenient bike rack to secure your bike while you shop.

Electronic Vehicle Charging Station: Outlets Nags Head is pleased to offer a complimentary EV charging station.

Electronic Charging Station: Located on our beautiful terrace overlooking the Roanoke Sound, Outlets Nags Head provides a charging station with plenty of USB ports to juice up your devices.

Restrooms: Restroom conveniently located next to Customer Service.

Terrace: Great soundside and sunset views, with comfortable, shaded seating and tables. For entertainment, we have giant checker board and cornhole games available.

Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the shopping center. Choose “Nags Head Guest Wifi” to get connected!

Veterans Parking: Parking spots have been exclusively reserved for our military veterans. Veterans Parking signs designate the reserved parking spots. A wheelchair is available upon request at Shopper Services for complimentary use during shopping center hours. Photo ID required.

Pet Friendly

We are a pet friendly Center.  Some stores allow customers to bring their pet with them into the store.  Some stores do not.  We do NOT permit pet owners to leash their pet to the benches, trash cans, tables, pillars, etc. or to leave unattended for the safety of the pet and shoppers.

Customer Service

Strollers: A limited supply of strollers are available at Customer Service during shopping center hours. Photo ID required.

Wheelchairs: A limited supply of wheelchairs are available at Customer Service for complimentary use during shopping center hours.  Photo ID required.
